How do I report a vendor?

To report a vendor, please use the Insurer Ticketing feature. Locate the ‘Raise a ticket’ button next to the part the vendor has quoted against → Provide the details of your issue → Click ‘Submit’. Critical issues escalate to the support team for follow‑up with the vendor.
